Industrial burners by Flow Engineering Burner Division
Flow Engineering Burner Division is specialized in the production of many kinds of industrial burners, each perfect for a certain field or for plants with specific technical needs, like for example power or size of the pipes. The great variety, the high quality of our products and the ability to build customized solutions are our strongest assets.
Each industrial burner created in our factory is in compliance with production and safety rules imposed by the law, and they are tested in the Flow Burner labs to verify their usability and compliance with the most strict standards in the field.
In all the models the air/fuel ratio can be controlled by a mechanical system or by a microprocessor which allows total control of the performance.
Types of burners
LTM Burner
The LTM burner is the perfect product for people who are looking for a highly functional yet compact burner since each component is on board. It is usually used on industrial heat generators or on WBH petrochemical plants. It comes in two versions: a mono-fuel one and a bi-fuel one. It works thanks to combustion air generated by an isolated fan that is connected to the main burner by a combustive air duct. There are ten different models whose power goes from 600 to 13500 kW.
LTF Burner
The LTF burner comes both in the mono-fuel and bi-fuel versions. The combustion air is created by a detached fan that is connected to the burner by a combustive air pipe. It is applicable from 1700 to 13500 kW. We suggest using this type of product on industrial heat generators or in petrochemical plants equipped with a boiler.
LTF-X Forced Air Burner
This model has fixed turbulence and it comes in a mono-fuel and a bi-fuel version. It is applicable from 10 to 15 MW. As in the LTF Burner, the combustion air is produced by an external fan that is connected to the burner by a combustive air duct. We suggest using this type of product on industrial heat generators or in petrochemical plants.
LTB Forced Air Burner
The LTB Burner is available in two variants: the LBT-500 whose power is 600 kW and the LBT-800 whose power is 900 kW. This product is compact and useful in every kind of industrial environment. Besides the basic characteristics, this model has an external fan that creates an air flow that is directed into a tank through a combustive air duct.
TA Atmospheric Burner
The TA Burner is an atmospheric model and it is ideal for those areas in which there is no electricity or in which the environmental conditions are extreme. It comes in the mono-fuel version and it is compatible with every gaseous fuel. Like in every other atmospheric gas burner, this ingredient is taken from the surrounding air and this kind of product has an external pilot burner. Moreover, there is an ignition/detection electrode and it is protected by an incandescent tool that keeps the flame alive. It is applicable from 50 to 3050 kW.
Bruciatore LTB ad aria soffiata
L’LTB ad aria soffiata di Flow Burner è disponibile in due varianti: l’LTB-500 con potenza di 600 kW e l’LTB-800 con potenza di 900 kW. Il prodotto è compatto e adatto a tutti gli usi di tipo industriale. Questo modello presenta un ventilatore esterno che genera un flusso d’aria che viene convogliato all’interno della camera attraverso un canale aria comburente.
